PROJECTION DESCRITION

GEM WAY is a site specific audiovisual tour. A sound walk. This mini film is fortified by a creative soundscape which includes: historical verbalization and interviews. Along with the interviews the listener will aurally perceive music and local ambient sounds. To experience the sound tour in its full capacity all who participate will be en heartened to bring their own mobile devices to GEM WAY. Headphones are recommended in order to experience the rich layer of sounds accompanying the mini film. To commence the tour the attendee would have to go to the SONARCHEOLOGY website or the Vimeo page on their mobile device and simply press play. The instructions for the sound walk will emerge as subtitles in the film. The listener will then begin their audiovisual tour along Gem Way and experience the art. The sound walk is for one block and last around 4 minutes long. Thank you for your interest.
